W+R PRO Charon Fast-Roping Glove

The W+R PRO Charon is a specialised fast-roping glove engineered for military, police, and rescue operations requiring maximum grip, protection, and durability. Designed for fast roping from helicopters, abseiling, and tactical shooting, this glove eliminates the need for switching between different gloves during an operation.

The 3D palm design integrates Sharktec® nanotechnology on the fingers with reversed goat grain leather in the palm centre, allowing controlled descents even in wet conditions. Reinforcements on the palm and edges provide heat and abrasion resistance, protecting the hands during rope work.

Highly cut-resistant, flame-retardant, and heat-resistant, the Charon glove features Kevlar®-reinforced fingertips and index finger, with a temperature-resistant silicon-carbon coating that repels burning liquids. The back of the glove is made from Nomex®, providing flame resistance and water, oil, and dirt repellency.

An anatomical palm design ensures natural hand flexing and tactile shooting finger construction for precision in weapon handling. The Volcano-Technology palm interior enhances grip, insulation, and stability, preventing fingers from twisting during descents.
